• Move fast and experiment like a creator — not a corporate brand
• Build and maintain a consistent, recognizable visual style

• Deeply fluent in TikTok, Reels, Shorts — and what makes them click
• Obsessed with the idea more than the polish — you move fast and try things
• Meme-literate: You understand the internet's weird language and how to speak it fluently
• Comfortable working with gameplay, creator tools, and in-game content
• Passionate about games, internet culture, and empowering creativity
